You can decide to use the voice of anyone on your staff to record the voicemail greeting; however, this may not be as effective as hiring a voice-over professional to do the recording.
Basic Visual Voicemail is a free feature. Login to your My Verizon account. Select Manage Features > Voicemail. The first choice will be Basic Visual Voicemail. Click that to add feature. The app should be on the device. If not, it can be downloaded from the App Store for free. Make sure to use the free VVM option to avoid the monthly charge.

By default beginning April 2017, voicemail transcription is available for all Phone System in Microsoft 365 users. When you receive a voicemail, the message will be transcribed in the body of the voicemail email you receive in your mailbox. If you do not want to have transcription for your messages, ask your admin to disable it for you.
