Sometimes, you need to step away from work and live a little! This is perfectly okay, but make sure you leave a well-recorded voicemail greeting to keep your customers happy and content. Read these two examples of professional vacation greetings.
Expand your opening to with 'Thank you for calling [insert company/individual name]' or 'You've reached the voicemail of [insert company/individual name]'. This personal touch goes a long way towards building a rapport even when you're not available to answer the call directly.
You can forward all incoming calls dependent on a set of criteria that you define.
Be unique in your voicemail greetings, add a human touch when creating the message.
Click on Audio Library Click Add Audio Speak into your mic to get level then click Next
Click Save on your sound event, then save for the time switch and you will be returned to the IVR. To finalise your configuration, set Button 0 to Loopback, which will return a caller to the start of the IVR, then click Save.

Share with your caller when they can expect a callback. If you return calls within 24 hours, let them know. Give them an estimate of when they can expect your call.
