We have a UCM6304 with an after hours voicemail box that sends emails to employees but we would like to expand that to calling the cell number of whoever is on-call…in other words, a client leaves a voicemail in the after hours voicemail box and the UCM then calls an external number. Receptionist Group is an option which forwards incoming calls directly to certain users or phone numbers before call goes to Auto Attendant. This group has its own activity periods (weekly schedule). Navigate to HostPilot > Services > Unite > Auto Attendants > Add Receptionist Group. Specify the Receptionist Group Name, Display Name and Ring type. Set up the Receptionist Group Schedule type Set the time frame for the schedule to be active and save changes. Add users/phone numbers and save changes.
