Navigate to HostPilot > Services > Unite > Auto Attendants > Add Receptionist Group. Specify the Receptionist Group Name, Display Name and Ring type. Set up the Receptionist Group Schedule type Set the time frame for the schedule to be active and save changes. Add users/phone numbers and save changes. Further destination of a call depends on the rest of the Auto Attendant options.
