If you've forgotten your retrieval number, call 800-244-1111 to get it. Alternately, the number was included in the welcome letter you received when you signed up for voicemail service.
Note: a desk phones' voicemail greeting can only be recorded via phone, there is no way to upload or download a greeting through the online panel.
-If your phone has a gangsta rap ring-back tone, then I might wait for you to answer.
If you have indicated you will be checking messages, ensure that you do so. If your ability to do so changes, remember to update your greeting. Tip: have someone else call your voicemail and check your greeting. You may not hear your own omissions.
