For the Sales and Accounts queues, it will check if the business is open and, if it is, send callers to a queue, if not it will direct them to voicemail.
Example: we have a Business Hours menu that is active from 10 am to 5 pm, a Lunch menu that is active from 2 pm to 5 pm, and an Evening menu that should take calls from 4 pm to 5 pm.
You will now be returned to the Queue settings, and will see the new ring group reflected in Timeout Destination. To finish configuring the queue, click the + button for Queue Agents, once for each extension you wish to have in the queue. For example, if you have 3 helpdesk extensions, click this 3 times.
Record a customized greeting to be played when people are sent to your voicemail, or use a standard greeting.

Check the Enable extension dialing without requiring a menu item check box to allow callers to directly dial an extension at any time.

The Events feature allows creating pre-planned events that override the usual schedule. These menus do not repeat weekly. Instead, they reoccur on the monthly/yearly basis.
