What happens here is when you apologize and sound genuine in your tone, your prospects would understand and leave their contact details for you to follow with them.

The reason being it can either push your prospects away from you or retain them for longer.

A business voice mail should have several ingredients that inform. Include the name of the person whose extension was dialed, the company’s name and the department. Invite the caller to leave a message; often the caller does not realize she has reached voice mail.
To activate the disabled menu, follow the same procedure described above and click Enable.
