How do I change my voicemail greeting on Android? Open the Phone app . Press and hold “1” to call your voicemail. Enter your PIN and press “#”. Press “*” for the menu. Press “4” to change settings. We don't have a Help Desk voicemail. Our rationale is that if there's a call during work hours someone will pick up. That's our guarantee as our number is only for emergencies. If the call is after hours, then it must REALLY be an emergency (C-level or high level manager) so one of us will answer. Anything else goes to the help desk.

2. Mention Hours of Operation Upfront. Most callers expect their call to be answered. Once they realize that your office is currently closed, the most important piece of information they probably want to know is your standard business hours.
To use a different greeting you already recorded or switch back to the default greeting: On your Android device, open the Voice app . At the top left, tap Menu Settings. In the Voicemail section, tap Voicemail greeting. Next to the greeting you want to use, tap More Set as active.
To change the menus priority, go to HostPilot > Services > Unite > Auto Attendant > click the Auto Attendant name > drag and drop the menus in the desired order.
