The timeout in seconds is the setting that defines the amount of time from the point the greeting finishes playing until the Auto Attendant directs the call to the already selected timeout setting. Navigate to HostPilot > Services > Unite > Auto Attendant and click Auto Attendant Name Choose the Business Hours Menu in question, scroll down to the Timeout, click on Not set up Choose the Timeout in seconds which is the time the call will be in the IVR system before going to the Timeout Choose the Route to option from the drop-down list. Choose Destination that will depend on the option selected under the Route to. Please note that selecting Repeat Greeting as a timeout destination will make the greeting repeat constantly.
Your voicemail message should ideally answer all of the following requirements: Brief -- nothing bores callers as much (or makes them hang up as often) as long voicemail messages; Informative -- if it's your professional voicemail, say your name, business, and if necessary, department. Let your callers know when to expect a return call

Note: To enable visual voicemail, ask your admin to make sure you are enabled for Exchange Unified Messaging, following instructions in the Configure Skype for Business Cloud Connector Edition guide. Missed call and message notifications

This is the message that your customers hear when they call after business hours. Greetings often have a short welcome message and list the menu options. The menu that you set for after hours also applies to the holiday schedule.
In the Destination field, select IVR Menus, then New IVR. Provide a name for your IVR (eg. "Incoming"), then enable the Allow Extension Dialling option if callers should have the option of directly dialing a staff member's extension number. From the Greeting field, select an existing sound file on the PBX (if applicable), New Sound (Upload) to upload a greeting file from your computer, or New Sound (Record) to record an announcement from an existing extension. As this field specifies the audio file with the options (eg. Press 1 for sales), we do not recommend routing to this IVR without an announcement in place (Announcement: Disabled).
In the side panel, under Business Hours Auto Attendant, click Greeting.
If you do not want to use your voicemail and would like to turn it off, please contact us to remove the service from your number. At this time, there is no self-service option for turning off voicemail.
To activate the disabled menu, follow the same procedure described above and click Enable.
