Provide as much useful information in your business voicemail greeting. However, be sure to keep it short and concise. An excessively lengthy voicemail can be damaging rather than helpful. Keep your voicemail to around 20-25 seconds maximum.
Follow the instructions and press that number. You will be asked to delete your current Voicemail greeting. Click on the ‘Yes’ button that appears on the screen if you want to remove that. Press 7 to change the language of the voicemail prompts to either Spanish or English.
To allow callers to dial an extension without a menu prompt, check the Enable extension dialing without requiring a menu item check box. 7
Assign different functions to each keypad number to direct your customers where they need to go when they enter a specific number on their phone. The menu that you set for after hours also applies to the holiday schedule.

In certain situations, it’s a good idea to let a call go to voicemail. If you’re in a loud area, unable to spend 10-15 minutes talking, or are otherwise distracted, don’t answer.
