When you’re closed for the holiday, it’s good to forgo your usual out-of-office greeting for a custom holiday message. Keep it cheery and brief, and be sure to let callers know when you’ll resume normal business operations.

In this case, the agent shows concern for the customer and wants to serve him in the best possible manner. The agent is also polite and courteous.
When you have new voicemail, the Phone tab in the Skype for Business main window displays the number of your messages. See Contact Card opens the caller's contact card, which lists their phone number, email address, office location, and so on. Open Item in Outlook provides more information about the call.
When you want callers to leave a message, make sure your voicemail greeting indicates that. Be sure to keep your greeting short and direct, and include the info you want to capture.

In order to manage Auto Attendant's PIN, once in Auto Attendant tab, click on the Auto Attendant you wish to manage. Go to Settings and the PIN will be at the bottom of the General section. Uploading greeting from HostPilot: Record and save your greeting using any sound recording program (read the Knowledge Base article on How do I create a *.WAV or *.OGG file for my greeting? for more information). The file must be in WAV or OGG format and cannot be larger than 16 MB. Then navigate to Services > Unite > Auto Attendants > click on Auto Attendant Name > Business Hours > click on a menu you wish to change the greeting for. Under the menu options, click on the current greeting name, then choose file, specify the file name and agree with policies and limitations, then click Upload.
Rehearse or write down your message before recording it. Remember that old saying “practice makes perfect?” It’s certainly true when it comes to creating an electronic greeting. The more you’ve rehearsed, the easier the message will be to restate. If you don’t have time to practice, writing down the greeting before recording it – and then reading it aloud from the paper – may help you stay focused on the correct wording.
