“Hello! You’ve reached the voicemail of [your name], [your job title]. I’m currently either away from my desk or on the other line. Please leave your name, telephone number, and a short message after the beep, and I’ll be sure to get back to you as soon as I’m available.”

An autoresponder email message is a notification that you receive when the person you are trying to reach is out of the office. These messages typically give you (some) of the following information:
This is (your name), and today is (day and date). I am in the office today, but am unavailable to take your call at this time. Please leave your name, telephone number and a message. If you need immediate assistance, during normal business hours, please PRESS "0" to speak to our receptionist. Away from the office for any length of time
