If you wish to record your own personal greeting you will need to select option 4 (Personal Options) to record your greeting otherwise the voicemail will play the standard greeting and insert the recording of your name. To divert your phone to voicemail, Press your 'Divert' key and dial 51 as the destination to receive your calls.

3. Provide other ways to contact you or get information. Are there other ways your caller can get information about your business or contact you? Consider including your website or an email in your after-hours greeting.

8. Let Your Callers Know What To Tell You. This tip is more for you than your callers. It’s particularly helpful if you need more information than the standard name and phone number.
You don’t want to answer calls 24/7 (unless you’re serving clients globally and there’s an expectation of 24/7 support). If you’re unavailable during specific hours of the day, use the voicemail examples below for after-hours business calls.

Don’t forget to change your cell phone voicemail if you decide to use call-forwarding, and consider updating the phone number in your email signature while working remotely.
By presenting a clear, welcoming message containing relevant information about your business, you are showing callers that you value their time. If your recording is vague, confusing, or drags on, customers will lose interest and hang up the phone instead of leaving a voicemail message.
