Call your home phone number. Depending on your location, you can press #, * or 2 to interrupt the greeting, and then enter your PIN. Follow the prompts to listen to your messages.

Most people screen their phone calls and often avoid answering unknown numbers. If you’re applying for new positions, you should try to view each unexpected call as an exciting opportunity! In the event that you simply can’t pick up the phone, you’ll want a polished voicemail greeting to let the caller know they’ve reached the right person.
Typically, a good business voicemail greeting should comprise the following elements: A warm greeting. Your name, the name of your company and department name. Make an apology for being unable to take the call. Ask the caller to leave a message. Let the caller know when to expect a return call.
When using mobile numbers, we recommend setting Call Confirm to On. This feature prompts the receiver to press 1 to accept the call, which prevents the mobile phone's voicemail or out of service error messages from interrupting the call flow.
Once this has been set, select the Destination drop down for your open event, then select Queues and New Queue
It's easy to get carried away in a voicemail and include more detail than is necessary. We've all been in that situation where the automated or pre-recorded voice on the end of the line goes on and on with more information than you can take in.
While they are listening to your voice, they are internally deciding whether or not it is worth their time to continue or hang up. Look at your voicemail message as its own short advertisement.

Here’s how it works out: 1st voicemail = 11% callback rate. 2nd voicemail = 22% callback rate. 3rd voicemail = 33% callback rate. According to Zoominfo, the average callback rate after one call is just 4.8%.
