My voicemail was set up at the store. I can’t hear my voicemail messages. What do I need to do to hear messages once I hit play? June 16, 2021 at 5:02 pm July 29, 2021 at 2:15 pm August 25, 2021 at 12:11 am
You can assign a business hours schedule created previously, or create your own business hours schedule for the auto attendant.
If you have indicated you will be checking messages, ensure that you do so. If your ability to do so changes, remember to update your greeting. Tip: have someone else call your voicemail and check your greeting. You may not hear your own omissions.

It’s inevitable; a caller will go to voicemail eventually. When it happens, be sure to remind the caller what extension they are leaving the message at, and any pertinent information you’d like them to provide. In some cases, such as department voicemails, you might want an option for the caller to back-out and try a different extension.

Firstly your callers can be introduced to your business. This instantly lets them know they’ve called the right place. You can then follow this up by letting them know your opening hours. Ensuring the caller knows exactly when you’re next open for a return call. Finish your message by suggesting they leave you a voicemail, letting you know exactly what they need and that they’ll need a call back soon.
My poor grandfather kept trying to call her and fell for the trick every time. He got so frustrated I think he almost disowned her! Well, not really, but still, you've got to remember that even if it seems clever at first, it won't seem like that 50 times down the track.
