Each of the Button fields corresponds to a number on the caller's phone keypad. In this example, we're using Button 1 for sales ("Press 1 for sales"). If you no longer need an Auto Attendant, navigate to HostPilot > Services > Unite > Auto Attendant > check the checkbox against the Auto Attendant name > click Delete below the list of the Auto Attendants.
