Recording voicemail greetings for your business or personal life requires a separate list of priorities, because they are being used for two distinct purposes and will be heard by two very different types of callers. I have a friend with two cell phones - one for work, and one for personal calls - and if you call both lines, you would never know it's the same person.
This example will take inbound calls from a number and pass the caller to an IVR (also known as an Auto Attendant) with options for Sales, Accounts and Support.

Voicemail greetings can include any information you’d wish to convey, such as special sales, bargains, alternate phone numbers to use, or your company’s normal working hours.
A general voicemail greeting is what callers will be greeted with if you are unable to answer the phone at work. We suggest you create a script beforehand with the text of your message, and then read it while recording. Be sure to record away from background noises or distractions.
When your small business is closed, ensure that your callers know that! If appropriate, you might want to reiterate your business hours to manage callback expectations.

This greeting is heard by a caller once they are forwarded to a voice mailbox. Press the up or down navigation buttons to select Play or Re-Record and then press Enter. Press Enter to stop playback or recording.

9. Hang up. Once you've selected a greeting, press the red End Call button to hang up and exit your voicemail system. There you have it! You now know the basic steps for changing your voicemail greeting on your Android phone.
For the Sales and Accounts queues, it will check if the business is open and, if it is, send callers to a queue, if not it will direct them to voicemail.
