Create a new menu option allows you to create a new menu from scratch or to auto-populate the settings, including greetings, from an existing menu (just choose the preferred option from the drop-down menu).

5. Be Brief. The best after hours greetings are brief, direct, and punctual. Do not waste the customer's time and give them a reason to hang up by adding in unnecessary details.

A word of warning: These greetings will not do you any favors if you're in the midst of a job hunt or work in a conservative industry. Always remember your target personas. If there's a chance they won't appreciate your sense of humor, opt for a straightforward greeting instead.
