4. Enter your voicemail password. If you have set a password lock for your voicemail account, you will be prompted to key it in. Use the dial pad to do so.
You can allow callers to press 0 and be transferred to another phone number, of your choosing, when they reach your voicemail greeting.

This feature mimics an answering machine. Five seconds after a call is answered by an extension user’s voice mailbox, that user can monitor/screen the caller as they leave a message.
