You can make and receive calls using your WiFi network with the UniTel Voice iPhone or Android app. This is great if you work in an area with a bad network connection, or don't want to waste cellular data to conduct business.
Of course, there are a few things you will always want to keep in mind when you are recording any message. First, a voicemail greeting can be your first impression, so you'll always want to take the time to think about what you'll say when you record it. You might want to write a script or just go over what you'll say in your head. Be sure to ask callers for their name, a message, and a call back number, or you might get stuck with "Hey, it's me, call me back" (I'm notorious for leaving messages like this). Be sure you practice speaking slowly and clearly as you deliver your short, to the point message. It's also a good idea to leave 1 to 2 seconds of silence before you begin speaking, so callers have time to absorb your message. Dan Grim, CEO/Founder of Good Stuff Tonics and Melior Botanicals, keeps his script even simpler:
Use these 5 techniques to not only sound natural on the phone, but to also close more business: #1 – Always use the prospect’s first name. I know that there are two schools of thought on this, one being that you should show respect for someone you don’t know and so use either Mr. or Mrs., but I don’t agree.

4. Minimize delays due to errors on documentation. Insureds often make errors before sending documents such as a change of title for filing. Often, these errors are minor and easily preventable, but the documents are refused and the process must be started over again.
