Always keep in mind the people who will be listening to your professional voicemail greetings. What type of tone and information resonates with them?
Your professional email signature should include your first and last name, job title, company (with website URL), and contact information. Your company may also provide a logo and/or stipulate that you link to their social profiles (or you may be able to link to your own). You may also want to consider including a call-to-action in your signature.

Try to avoid unnecessary phrases that only make your greeting longer, like “leave your name and number and what you’re calling about.” Most people know what “leave a message” means.
You have reached the office of [Business Name]. All of our representatives are currently busy. However, if you choose to do so, you may leave a brief message, including your name, number, or email, and we’ll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for calling [Business Name].
7. "Hello, this is [your name] at [company]. Thanks for calling. Please leave your name, number, and the reason you'd like to chat, and I'll get back to you ASAP."
You don’t have to spell out every single thing that you think they might want to know. Have some faith that your callers will be able to figure things out on their own. Be natural but informative.
