IMHO, to have a professional sounding domain is just a requierement. But I clearly prefer if it have an easy-to-tell domain (in ocassions, I have said that it should be so easy to say as to being possible to tell by phone in a disco and your friend do not need to ask you to repeat it) and, if possible, very short.
The voicemail greeting should be multiple choice and include things like the name of your company, an automated response that is friendly and informative, and information on how to contact you by phone.
If a call happens outside normal business hours, you can create a specific auto-attendant that’ll handle those calls with an alternative greeting message and menu options. An auto-attendant is an excellent option for businesses with regular working hours, but you might need a more robust solution if you plan to offer 24-hour service.
Insurance agents have to deal with large numbers of clients almost all through the year. So, they are extremely busy and cannot take calls of clients. For them resorting to voicemail messages become inevitable. Here is one instance of VOIP phone service for businesses like this:

The above section details types of phrasing to avoid; however, it doesn’t detail what users should NOT say on their greeting. Though this is a bit loaded, as there are hundreds of combinations of things one shouldn’t say, there are some key components users should ALWAYS avoid. a. Forget About Slang: You should strive to be as professional and welcoming as possible in your greeting.
