Keep a pen and paper next to you. Keep track of calls by writing down the person’s name, the time he or she called, and the reason. It’s best to write the information on a phone memo pad with carbon. This keeps the calls organized in one place, and when it isn’t for you, you can give a copy to the intended recipient.
Our system does not restrict the number of concurrent calls that you can receive. If the phones where you are forwarding are busy, the system will detect that and send the caller to an unavailable voicemail greeting, no busy signals ever.

With so much stacked against you, why bother? Because the responses to sales voicemails are generally of a much higher quality. What you lose in response rate will be made up for in conversion rate—if you know how to leave quality messages, that is.
