3. How Long Should My Business Voicemail Be? If you drone on and on, there is a good chance that some of your callers are going to hang up before leaving their message.
Ideally, you have a few scripts ready to go for every call. At a minimum, you should have a cold call script, warm lead script, and voicemail message scripts at your fingertips.
