Note that the secretary has asked for the reason for calling so she can prioritize the patients who need the most help. She’s also keeping it short and to the point.

a standard greeting as per Option 6, followed by the leave-message tone, and then silence.
If you’re going to start with a common statement such as ‘Your call is important to us’ and the other statements you have heard, your prospects are going to walk away.
1. Eliminate voicemail and phone tag. Adjusters spend significant time in their day listening to and leaving voicemails and then waiting for insureds to return their calls.

10. Max Wait Time Reached Message. What the caller hears when they have been waiting in the queue for the maximum amount of time. Sample Scripts: “You have exceeded the waiting limit for this queue.
"When closing your voicemail, say that if you do not hear from them in three days, you promise to call back. Three days later, start your voicemail (or live call if you reach the person) with, 'As promised, I am calling again to share...' Close with, 'If you haven't had a chance to return my call, I promise to call back in two days.' Two days later, call back and open with, 'As promised, I am calling back...' The message you are sending is that you keep your promises!"
