Many people expect adjusters to call them back same day and get very put off by repeatedly getting a voicemail. Multiple calls and voicemails aren't going to make an adjuster more eager to call you back either. If your adjusters’ response isn’t as quick as you’d like, understand that they probably just have on their plate.
In the side panel, under Business Hours Auto Attendant, click Menu.
The voicemail function allows the caller to leave a message in case you are busy. It informs the caller of your status and assures that the message will be heard. For instance, good voicemail greetings at corporate firms create a pleasant impression on the caller’s mind or a hilarious voicemail can make someone’s day.

You might also consider giving them the option to skip your voicemail message completely by pressing another key (again, check with IT). You also want to make callers aware what you will return their call, instead of telling them that you will try to return their call--and let them know when you are likely to do it, if possible. If necessary, provide additional or emergency information in your voicemail greetings. My dentist, for example, lists his cell phone number for emergencies.
