You can forward all incoming calls dependent on a set of criteria that you define.
a standard greeting (as recorded by the administrator or other person), followed by the mailbox owner's name (as recorded by the owner), and then the fixed system prompt, "Begin speaking after the tone, then hang-up when you are finished or press any key for further options."

If you find that your business voice message is running a bit long, break it down into sections and decide which parts you can cut out to reduce the message’s length.
Hello, you have reached the voicemail of Jim Smith. I am currently out of the office and will return on Sept. 14. I will be checking my voicemail messages periodically, so please leave me a message and I will return your call as soon as possible.

Hearing this message, the following things would have happened to your prospects: They would realize that they have reached the right person so no doubts of confusionThey would understand why the person isn’t available to take the callThere is a confirmation that the minute the person is available they will cater to the prospect which is why the prospects will actually leave their contact details
