It would be helpful to be able to choose a greeting for the voicemail override on the online portal and the pc phone app instead of just on the mobile app. The doctor's cell phone is connected to weave, but we do not have office cell phones. The doctor wants the front office staff to be able to handle changing the office phones and greetings without having to ask to use his personal cell phone and he does not want to require the front office staff to connect their personal cell phones to Weave in order to choose a greeting for the Voicemail override. I have an older phone system that came with my business when I started renting. There was a male adapter plug that was plugged into a CD player, but if the CD player was not running, I got no sound for "on hold". Sometimes I would remember to turn on the CD and put it on repeat, but...somethimes it would be turned off for months (the system is in an enclosed stairwell that is hard to get to).
