We have been using a professional on hold service for many years at about $60/month. The box that the professional company gave us sounded great when customers would call from a Lan Line. The doctor wants the front office staff to be able to handle changing the office phones and greetings without having to ask to use his personal cell phone and he does not want to require the front office staff to connect their personal cell phones to Weave in order to choose a greeting for the Voicemail override.
