Currently the on hold music starts from the beginning every time. Our on hold file has office information, bios of our doctors, as well as dental tips and services we provide. Since the on hold plays from the beginning every time someone is placed on hold, they end up hearing the same thing every time. We would LOVE the ability to choose for our on hold audio to loop. And when someone is placed on hold they just start listening to where the audio recording is currently on. So they get to hear different parts. You’ll notice that there’s not too much of a difference between the track when played at CD quality and over the phone. All the instruments can still be heard clearly, and the same techniques I used to introduce clipping on the other two tracks had no effect (I could have kept amplifying the track until it did, but it proved the point).
