AT&T has offered music while the phone is ringing to the calling party (music plays instead of ring...ring..ring), but they charge what seems to be a lot for the service and it only lasts for a year, as I recall. Their customer service is superb! I would definitely recommend this product!!! Does not work (phone rings and then hangs up on caller). When returned was sent messages from seller that it can be programmed to work, which makes a confusing install with confusing instruction even worse. Also, upon returning product I forgot to include institutions (5 pages of 8x11 paper) and was changed a $75 restocking fee. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product. Questions? Power is on, the USB will play on computer, tried to use a different USB with the machine still woulnt work. This device replaced my 5-CD changer to provide background music for a business phone system. This is a lot less expensive than another CD changer, a lot smaller, and it allows us to hear the song being played (with its small internal speaker.) the volume control allows us to set the volume that caller will hear.
