So we decided to save some $ and cancel our subscription and buy this unit. We are using the default music and voice messages that came preloaded instead of doing our own music and messages.
The included software is easy to use, although, sadly, won't work with an Apple computer (which is why I downgraded my review by one star). I solved that problem by bringing an old Windows-based computer out of retirement.
