UPDATE: I have had this unit for almost 2 years now. It is connected to a UPS battery backup. I has literally been running non-stop since I set it up over a year and a half ago.
OUR SOLUTION: We bought a IBOOST 800 audio amplifier. With the volume turned all the way up on both devices, customers calling in on cell phones can now hear voice messages and music much clearer.
Avoid beeps and radio silence. Once a customer has been placed on hold on radio silence, the customer tends to hang up in less than 40 seconds because that customer thinks, "I've been forgotten".
