Very low tech but the end result is excellent and I can change it up as often as I want. Very pleased with the purchase. I have an older phone system that came with my business when I started renting. There was a male adapter plug that was plugged into a CD player, but if the CD player was not running, I got no sound for "on hold". Sometimes I would remember to turn on the CD and put it on repeat, but...somethimes it would be turned off for months (the system is in an enclosed stairwell that is hard to get to).
