The price is perfect, there are a lot of choices of music I can choose for my patient's and customers to listen to if it is necessary I put them on hold, and it was easy to set up. Their customer service is superb! I would definitely recommend this product!!! Does not work (phone rings and then hangs up on caller). When returned was sent messages from seller that it can be programmed to work, which makes a confusing install with confusing instruction even worse. Also, upon returning product I forgot to include institutions (5 pages of 8x11 paper) and was changed a $75 restocking fee. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product. Questions? Tone - select the right tone for your business brand. If your target market are young millennials, then the script would most likely include some slang words, be quite laid back and the script would be recorded in an energetic tone. If you primarily service the business market, then the script would be more articulate and recorded with a more professional tone. AT&T used to have this service. My mother-in-law would always have holiday music and I know she's AT&T... positive of this fact! 🙂 (holiday music & AT&T) Apr 14, 2009 5:04 PM User profile for user: DavidJA DavidJA May 15, 2009 12:10 AM in response to PsychedelicWonders In response to PsychedelicWonders
Quality and innovation are at the core of our practice, bringing the full spectrum of care and services to the people of New Jersey and to those who travel here for our care and services.
“The service we have received from Media Music Now has been fantastic. The process was managed quickly and efficient from start to finish and the quality of what was an unintentionally tricky edit is seamless. We now have a professional sounding IVR and great on-hold marketing packages all for a very reasonable price." Steve Jones, CCC & SchoolCare
What’s more, you will find the option for both, silent and active monitoring, which means that if you want to provide training to a new colleague whilst another team member is in the midst of a support phone call, that is easy to do with the silent monitoring option. Or, if one of your team members is dealing with an issue that requires escalation and they need you to get involved that is possible too all in just a few clicks.
Your callers will learn more about your products and services whilst losing their perception of time
For a more modern example of a bad choice of hold music, let’s take an example I have to endure on a regular basis, Month of Sundays by Passenger. At CD quality it’s got lots of interesting stuff going on, which you’d imagine might be ideal to distract someone from the fact they’re being kept on hold for ages. However, playing it over the phone it’s simply too busy. As soon as the brass and backing vocals kick in it just sounds yuck.
Our patients tell us the "On Hold" music is to loud. We would love to have a way to control the volume. Jane Stabnau commented · November 20, 2019 1:57 PM · Flag as inappropriateFlag as inappropriate · Edit… · Delete…
