This product works exactly as it states. I did not use the software that came with it, but with a few online searches it was easy to figure out how to convert a voice memo on my iphone to a compatible file, and background music is easy to find online too. So I read from a script I wrote with background music playing and made a voice memo on my iphone, converted it to the appropriate music file with free online software, and dragged and dropped the file into the usb drive they provided. I have an older phone system that came with my business when I started renting.
