The doctor wants the front office staff to be able to handle changing the office phones and greetings without having to ask to use his personal cell phone and he does not want to require the front office staff to connect their personal cell phones to Weave in order to choose a greeting for the Voicemail override. Since the on hold plays from the beginning every time someone is placed on hold, they end up hearing the same thing every time. We would LOVE the ability to choose for our on hold audio to loop.
