2 days after ordering my Grace Message Player, it came from Amazon in perfect condition (I got prime yo!). I plugged the power cord in, and plugged the male thingy into the Grace thingy, and bam, we have had on hold music ever since. The doctor wants the front office staff to be able to handle changing the office phones and greetings without having to ask to use his personal cell phone and he does not want to require the front office staff to connect their personal cell phones to Weave in order to choose a greeting for the Voicemail override.
