There maybe a way to fix it but I do not have the time to figure it out. Also the free voice recording they offerred when purchasing the equipment never happened even after I filled in all theinformation for them to do it. I ordered this product back in June, 2018 and its still going strong today (Aug 9th, 2018). Very happy with the purchase.
