I did not use the software that came with it, but with a few online searches it was easy to figure out how to convert a voice memo on my iphone to a compatible file, and background music is easy to find online too. So I read from a script I wrote with background music playing and made a voice memo on my iphone, converted it to the appropriate music file with free online software, and dragged and dropped the file into the usb drive they provided. Very low tech but the end result is excellent and I can change it up as often as I want. Very pleased with the purchase. I have an older phone system that came with my business when I started renting. There was a male adapter plug that was plugged into a CD player, but if the CD player was not running, I got no sound for "on hold". This is the BIGGEST FLAW / WEAKNESSS of weave. Please add a multicast loop option that can play our message on hold file continuously and drop patients in as they call. Otherwise people hear the same thing over and over. This is a perfect way to help introduce patients to the office and market our services while patients are on hold.
