Need options to load multiple files to play messages or music on hold, with much larger limits. We like to have messages from different docs on different topics (different types of cleanings, why xrays are so important, etc) and mix and match (periodically change what is 1st). UPDATE: I have had this unit for almost 2 years now. It is connected to a UPS battery backup. I has literally been running non-stop since I set it up over a year and a half ago.
