The waiting queue allows the caller to wait on the line and should not be longer than 5 minutes. The queue announcement may also be introduced after a "Welcome Message”. The waiting announcement is then cut immediately after the end of the "Welcome Message". The pauses between the announcement blocks in the queue should be about 30 - 60 seconds.
