2 days after ordering my Grace Message Player, it came from Amazon in perfect condition (I got prime yo!). I plugged the power cord in, and plugged the male thingy into the Grace thingy, and bam, we have had on hold music ever since. After a few minutes of music, they have a male voice come on explaining that we care but we are busy...we have not forgotten you etc etc, and then some more music, and then a female voice saying basically the same thing. When it arrived, we installed it with our office telephone system and have never needed to worry about it again. It has such a wide selection that callers get different music every time they call - it does not noticeably repeat. We even got a few compliments from clients in the first month (who had apparently got tired of our old 45-second repeating loop). Terrible product, will not work at all I have purchased 2 of them hoping it was a glitch but neither work, in addition I called support, no help at all, said they would call back-never did.
