THE PROBLEM...This unit has the same issue as the box we were using from the professional company. Sounds great when callers using lan line but horrible when customers calling from cell phones. Even with the the volume knob turned to maximum.

Add-ons are available for some models but their functionality can be problematic or inconvenient for the user.
