I haven't used this device for an extended period, but since there are no mechanical parts, I expect that it will last. The doctor wants the front office staff to be able to handle changing the office phones and greetings without having to ask to use his personal cell phone and he does not want to require the front office staff to connect their personal cell phones to Weave in order to choose a greeting for the Voicemail override.
