Their customer service is superb! I would definitely recommend this product!!! Does not work (phone rings and then hangs up on caller). When returned was sent messages from seller that it can be programmed to work, which makes a confusing install with confusing instruction even worse. Also, upon returning product I forgot to include institutions (5 pages of 8x11 paper) and was changed a $75 restocking fee. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product. Questions? We like to have messages from different docs on different topics (different types of cleanings, why xrays are so important, etc) and mix and match (periodically change what is 1st).
