I haven't used this device for an extended period, but since there are no mechanical parts, I expect that it will last. We have been using a professional on hold service for many years at about $60/month. The box that the professional company gave us sounded great when customers would call from a Lan Line. It would be helpful to be able to choose a greeting for the voicemail override on the online portal and the pc phone app instead of just on the mobile app. The doctor's cell phone is connected to weave, but we do not have office cell phones.
