When returned was sent messages from seller that it can be programmed to work, which makes a confusing install with confusing instruction even worse. Also, upon returning product I forgot to include institutions (5 pages of 8x11 paper) and was changed a $75 restocking fee. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product. Questions?
