Power is on, the USB will play on computer, tried to use a different USB with the machine still woulnt work. This device replaced my 5-CD changer to provide background music for a business phone system. This is a lot less expensive than another CD changer, a lot smaller, and it allows us to hear the song being played (with its small internal speaker.) the volume control allows us to set the volume that caller will hear. Click Create Call Queue or click Edit (pencil icon) to the right of the queue you wish to select. Select Change under Hold Music. Enter the Name and the Phone Number or Extension you wish to record your initial greeting on. Click Call Now and follow the instructions.
