AT&T has offered music while the phone is ringing to the calling party (music plays instead of ring...ring..ring), but they charge what seems to be a lot for the service and it only lasts for a year, as I recall. Set Default Music On Hold for All Extensions. Log in to Account Manager. Navigate to the Phone System tab and click Music on Hold from the menu on the left side of the screen. Review the music listed. To hear a sample, click Play. When you have made your selection, click Select. This music will become the default hold music for all extensions.
